"Stuff"

We have a lot of "stuff" at our house.

I discovered while preparing for our yard sale / adoption fundraiser on Saturday that we have a LOT of stuff...I mean a ridiculous amount of stuff. I blame it on the 4 kids..... :o)

But, it feels GREAT to get things cleared out of here and make room for another little person! (who will inevitably create the need for more "stuff." ((sigh))

A friend posted a quote on FaceBook today and I (of course) had to borrow it. It said:

"Children don't need "stuff." They need to know you'd travel across the ocean for them, at any cost....literally."

Very fitting indeed!

So, we are clearing out the "stuff" around here and raising money for Everlyn's adoption fund. She needs a forever family FAR MORE than we need this "stuff."

If you are in the St. Louis metro area and might be in need of any of the following, let me know. Leave me a comment and I can get in touch with you re: our address.

Hey! I know what you mean by stuff! We have that problem too! I am praying for a really great sale and lots of money coming in for you guys! If I lived closer, I would definitely come, sounds like you have some great stuff!!!
Does your little one have any medical issues (heart stuff, etc) that you could mention to your officer to be able to expedite your approval? That is how we got ours so soon! I know our little Magda will need open heart surgery.... It is worth a shot
Love the quote....so true and so very real!!!
